As you know during formals, it is a celebrated event where alcohol intoxication is strongly condoned. Partakers in the drinking tend to feel apathetic the next day. But if you can make it to the gym the very next day, this is what separates one from people who WILL achieve their goals and those who will only have goals on paper.
Here was the workout:
3 x 5 Muscle Ups
10 x 8 Power Cleans at 135lbs
100 burpees
Finished in 35minutes
Intensity is the key to success. Without it, the betterment of your body will be severely hampered. Try to keep all rest periods to 30 seconds or less.
And yes this photo was taken in the rec center bathroom with a Male Indian in his early 20’s creeping on the side ;)

day 5- no red meat for lent.
